Atiye, the second Turkish original series to be screened on Netflix, will be released on December 29, 2019.
Featuring Beren Saat and Mehmet Günsür in the lead roles, the series focuses on the relationship between the young artist Atiye and Erhan. The series is filmed at Göbeklitepe, sight of the oldest temple in the world in the province of Şanlıurfa.
The series’ gala, held at Beykoz Kundura on Tuesday, December 17, was attended by many famous names and the leading cast members Beren Saat, Mehmet Günsür, Melisa Şenolsun, Metin Akdülger, Civan Canova, Başak Köklükaya, Tim Seyfi and Meral Çetinkaya.
